the baRE minimum

Every full-day wedding package we provide includes 3 camera coverage and a full-length edit of the ceremony. We put wireless microphones on the officiant and groom and a mic on a stand for any readers that may need to be recorded. With all of these mics in place, we also provide sound system rental with a qualified tech to handle the live mix and provide pristine isolated individual audio tracks for a professional final mix in the finished film. Your words are important, this day more than any other, and as the old saying goes, if you want better pictures, improve your sound!

A sound system is recommended if you have more than 60 guests at your ceremony, or if it is anywhere outdoors. We can even get this done in remote places without electricity!

We also provide livestreaming services! If you’re keeping your guest list low or have loved ones who are unable to travel, we can provide you with an end-to-end solution so no one has to miss your “I dos” or wait for the final film to be ready. This can be accomplished in a number of ways, from a private listing on YouTube or a closed group on Facebook, to Zoom, we can tailor a stream to fit your needs and sensitivities. This also gives immediate access to the coverage of the ceremony, and if the platform allows comments, you see them while you’re still in the moment!

Highlight edit 2250

All packages above include full-length edits of all parts of your event. The highlight edit is a short-form, 5-10 minute shareable story of your celebration that will spark the memory of all of your guests without making them sit through a 2-hour full-length film of your wedding. Think of this as the wedding album version of your film coverage!

To hear what people are saying at your reception, and we provide audio equipment if there’s no DJ or band handling it already. What people say to you on your wedding day should be unforgettable, but the hustle and hubbub of a large party can make the memories hard to hold on to. We make sure you catch every ounce of emotion in the Father of the Bride speech, and every nuance of the Best Man’s toast.

And there’s so much to capture at the reception- the entrances and announcements of the bridal party, toasts, your first dance, the cake, and of course, the dance party! And nothing ends a wedding film more memorably than a grand exit. We capture all of this, making a special effort to include as many of your guests as possible in the final film, with attention to the closest family and friends. You don’t want any of your memories to be left out!
